The purpose of this policy is to fairly and accurately determine who is eligible to purchase tickets through the club for any Buffett concerts that the club receives tickets forfrom PHIP.

ELIGIBILITY

  • ONLY members who are "members in good standing" as outlined in the Tri-State PHC, Inc. bylaws are eligible to purchase tickets. This includes, but is not limited to having their current year's dues paid by the deadline of the last day of February, or as currently outlined in the bylaws.

  • Members are not eligible during their first calendar year of membership to receive tickets under any circumstances.

  • Each member is limited to two (2) tickets or a total of four (4) tickets per household.

  • Members under the age of 18 are not eligible for tickets.

  • Tickets are to be offered to those members with the highest number of "Activity Points". Activity Point list is to be maintained and updated by the Vice-President of Membership. Activity points for all members are to be posted on the club website. Activity Points are to run from January 1 through December 31 of each year and will determine ticket eligibility for the following year's concert season.

  • Activity Points may not be transferred from one member to another.

  • Tickets may not be given away, sold, or traded to anyone within or outside the club. Doing so will automatically disqualify you for tickets in the future.

  • The two (2) members with the highest points each December 31st will be receive 1 free Buffett concert ticket or free attendance at MOTM. Choice is the members. Members serving on the Board of Director's are not eligible for this.

  • The five (5) members with the next highest points each December 31st will receive a $25 credit toward club merchandise or event. Members serving on the Board of Director's are not eligible for this.
